This is called the master account. Once this master account is created one can sign up for the sub accounts using this master account. RoadRunner gives its customers the option to create sub accounts with their own original and unique names. One can set up five sub accounts with the help of RoadRunner self care system. All you need for setting up the email ids are the login and password of the primary account and after that it is a child’s play setting up the email account. Here is how one can do it.
• The first step is to login in to the RoadRunner subscriber self help system.
• For this you will need the login and password details of the primary account
• Click on ‘user management’ link and then ‘create new sub user’
• Enter the details of the sub user. Select the required email id in the new sub user id field and the password in the password field. The password has to be entered again in order to reconfirm. Then click on create sub-user button. This will take you to the ‘user management’ screen and you will find a sub user listed under the sub-users listing.
• Click on the enable users’ button which is in the user management window. Click on enabled radio dial and then click on the update button. The sub users email id which you created can now be accessed.

How to retrieve RoadRunner Password?

• Enter the cable modem identification number or the Mac identification number in the given box. • Select the option which says ‘I know the roadrunner password and I want to change it’ option. Click on the change password button on the next page. Now enter the temporary password that you got in the previous page. Enter your new password and reenter to confirm it. Click on the submit button. You can now login to RoadRunner with your new password.
Getting the server unblocked from RoadRunner:
RoadRunner is a high speed internet service provider. In case you do not have their connection they generally block your system IP address and this will lead to people who are using RoadRunner will not get your emails. For this it is advised to get your server unblocked. There are various ways to do this. Let us now look at them:
Navigate security in rr.com website.
Click on tools and check look for check IP Status. You will be redirected to the page which is a block lookup page. Here you will get a fair idea if you can contact RoadRunner to get your server unblocked.
In the field ‘enter IP address’ enter IP and in case your server is blocked you will get a message ‘currently blocked by this list’.
